Founder Land Co., Ltd was established in 1987 at current factory site: No 5, Cing-Cyuan Rd, Daya Dist, Taichung City, Taiwan, close to Taichung Technology Park. Given that most of the CR-MO steel tubes were imported from overseas at that time and supply could not meet the demand, the company therefore concentrated on development of CR-MO steel tube production process. Based on the technology supports from China Steel and went through numerous failures in production trials, Founder Land finally succeeded in engaging mass production of CR-MO steel tubes, which brought significant benefit to the down stream industries. Through continuous R&D in making fine steel tubes - such as special fin cutting tubes, enhancing quality as well as technology standard, total annual production output has reached 10,000 tons per year. After these years, Founder Land has gained promising recognitions from our customers all around the world.
We have also developed bicycle frames with CR-MO as well as ALUMINUM double butted tubes and have received orders from most of the world-famous bicycle assemblers. Through constant encouragement from the bicycle industries, we kept devoting in development of new/advanced products to lead the trend and the demand of the bicycle industries.
To enhance our business operation and services for the China market, we established Billion Rewards Co., Ltd in China engaged in various hardware and special tube processing in year 2000. Currently the company is the largest CR-MO steel tube supplier in southern China, and is fully capable of meeting the demand for the industries in China.
Year 2006, we continuously search for technology upgrade by purchasing new equipment and co-operating with metal industries research & development Center including and bringing in the latest hydro-form machine and R&D and production technology hydro-formed tubes.
